MySurrogacy is a private organization tool for intended parents. It helps you keep milestones, documents, contacts, costs, questions, and notes in one calm place that you control.

What MySurrogacy is not

MySurrogacy is not a surrogacy agency, clinic, or law firm.

We do not provide medical, legal, tax, immigration, insurance, or financial advice. Nothing in the app replaces your own professionals or your own judgment.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use information you believe to be accurate when you choose to enter it.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

Sensitive information

You decide what to add. The more you store, the more sensitive your account may become. Consider avoiding details you do not need for your own organization.

Service availability

MySurrogacy is early-stage software. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Accounts and deletion

You may update or remove much of your data through the app where those features exist. You may also delete your account when that option is available. Deactivation or deletion limits how you can sign in; some records may be retained where the law or safe operation of the service requires it.
