Keep agencies, clinics, lawyers, coordinators, labs, and other people in one place so names and roles do not scatter across email and chat threads.

Contact types

Choose a type that matches their role: agency, clinic, lawyer, coordinator, doctor, embassy, and others. Type helps you filter and remember who does what.

Linking contacts

• Notes — who sent an update.
• Questions — who should answer.
• Payments and budget lines — who invoiced you.
• Calendar backfill — may use linked agency contacts in event titles.

How much to add

Add people when you interact with them more than once. A one-off taxi driver probably does not need a contact row; your agency coordinator does.
