Store questions you want to ask agencies, clinics, lawyers, doctors, or consulates. Track what is still open and keep answers next to the question so decisions stay findable later.
Questions vs Notes
- Questions — something you need an answer to, with optional assignee and answered status.
- Notes — what already happened or was said, including pasted messages.
If an agency email raises three open points, add three questions. If it is purely informational, a note may be enough.
Main fields
- Question text — phrased so future-you knows what to ask.
- Answer — fill in when resolved; leave blank while waiting.
- Status — open or answered.
- Linked contact — who should answer (optional).
