What Documents is for

Your private vault for contracts, clinic paperwork, legal files, insurance, travel documents, and birth-related forms. Files stay inside your journey; downloads always go through the app, never a public link.

Uploading safely

• Supported types include PDF, common images, Word, and Excel formats.
• Give each file a clear title you will recognize months later.
• Only journey members can access files. See Members.

Linking documents

Budget lines and payments can reference a source document (for example, a signed contract or invoice PDF). Upload the file first, then select it on the cost form.

Calendar filter

Documents with dates are usually off by default on the Calendar to reduce clutter. Enable the documents filter if dated files should appear alongside events.

FAQ

Are document links public?

No. Downloads require journey access through the app.
