Members

Invite a partner or trusted collaborator into the same private journey when you want shared access.

Who can see your journey

By default, only you see your journey. When you invite someone through Members, they join the same private workspace and can see and edit content according to their role.

Roles

Owner — full control including settings, invitations, and destructive actions.
Member — can work in most modules; some owner-only actions remain restricted by design.

Invite only people you trust with sensitive medical, legal, and financial information.

Invitations

Send an invitation email from Members. The invitee creates or uses an account to accept. Until they accept, they cannot see journey data.

What members can access

Members with access can generally see notes, documents, costs, contacts, calendar, and other journey modules. There is no public profile or partial sharing of single modules to outsiders.
