Privacy and security

How MySurrogacy handles private journey data, uploads, sharing, and boundaries around advice.

Private by design

MySurrogacy is built for intended parents, not public social networks. Your journey data is for you and people you invite. There are no public agency reviews, no selling your data for marketing, and no broadcasting of comparisons or notes.

Documents and uploads

  • Files are stored for your journey, not on open URLs.
  • Downloads require access through the app.
  • Only members of the journey can retrieve files.

Conversation import

WhatsApp export files are processed to suggest note candidates. The raw upload is not retained after processing. Only fields you confirm become stored notes.

Calendar and external sync (future)

External calendar subscription is not available yet. When it is, expect a private feed URL you can revoke, understanding that any calendar app you sync to may cache events on your devices.

Product boundaries

MySurrogacy does not provide medical, legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. It helps you organize information and prepare questions. You remain responsible for decisions with your professionals.

Is my journey data public?
No. It is visible only to you and members you invite.
Does MySurrogacy sell my data?
No. The product is private journey organization, not a data marketplace.
